Hillary Clinton characterized Donald Trump’s approach to the world as “dangerously incoherent” on Thursday in a speech in San Diego. Hillary Clinton made the case that a Trump approach would pursue a dangerous and unpredictable foreign policy agenda and would threaten the United States’ relationships with its allies. She said “Donald Trump’s ideas aren’t just different, they are dangerously incoherent, they’re not even really ideas, just a series of bizarre rants, personal feuds and outright lies. He is not just unprepared, he is temperamentally unfit to hold an office that requires knowledge, stability and immense responsibility.”
